How it all began
As someone who is passionate about art in all its forms, Stéphanie Grenguet chose to study at the Conservation Libre du Cinéma français and launched her career in the film industry.
Here Stéphanie quickly got to grips with the demands and challenges of film making, which are part and parcel of any artistic endeavor.
Along with her artistic flair and her hands-on approach, Stéphanie then turned to the events industry. She started working for the Charlestown agency and dealt with managing events held at Stade de France stadium in Paris. Stéphanie never left anything to chance and remained unwavering in her commitment to quality when it came to the hosts and hostesses she managed daily.
Drawing on this experience, Stéphanie took charge of hiring staff for prestigious events for the agency. For each fashion week, she would put together a 300-strong team of cravates rouges and dressers for various shows including Chanel and Givenchy. Stéphanie also sourced and selected extra sales staff for luxury brands across France such as the Mondial de l’Automobile. Every year Stéphanie and her team would process some 3,000 applications for temporary assignments or permanent positions. To ensure new hires were prepared for the job, she would design and deliver courses on customer service.
In 2010, Stéphanie decided to spread her wings and set up her own HR consultancy specializing in the events and luxury industries. Stéphanie Grenguet Consulting was thus born.
